Moonshot grows a community of BIPOC & historically marginalized leaders with the skills and resources to design collaborative solutions that disrupt systemic inequities impacting youth.
Our Work
Moonshot’s ultimate goal is to cultivate systems and environments for youth on the margins to thrive, and we do this by empowering equity-driven leaders who are embedded in the community. We do this through our 9-month program called the Moonshot Innovation Space (formerly known as the Moonshot Fellowship). It is a high-impact, cohort-based fellowship experience that provides individuals the opportunity to dig into one’s own leadership, model design, and gain the connections and knowledge necessary for success.

Our Impact
Over six cohorts, Moonshot has supported 100 Fellows, who in turn impact about 5,000 Metro Denver students a year. Moonshot Fellows have continued to stay in impact-oriented fields, many citing their experience as key to reinvigorating their passion, evolving their practice, and giving them new a new grounding sense of community.
