Moonshot edVentures seeks a Director, Alumni & Partnerships, to execute our alumni network strategy. Success in this role looks like leading the organization to reach our intended impact of increasing the number of equity-driven BIPOC and historically marginalized leaders sustained in positions of influence in youth-serving spaces in Colorado.

An influencer with strong relationship-building skills able to influence others to take action/
High capacity with the ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple, multifaceted workstreams.
A highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable project manager with consistent follow-through.
A “go-getter” who is passionate about learning and growing, is proactive, and takes initiative, both in action and communication.
A strong foundational understanding and lens of equity, inclusion, and disrupting systems of oppression.
This person will be managed by the Managing Director, Schools & Programs, and will sit on the Program team.
Located in: Metro Denver; Expected 2-3 days/week in-person at the Moonshot Coworking Space
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
