Transforming systems, one community at a time

Moonshot leaders address the Social Determinants of Health through projects that consider all the variables that impact a child’s educational experience, thereby improving well-being and access for youth across Colorado.

     Alumni-led programs engage young people between the ages of 0-24 years old, improving learning access and opportunity.

    Moonshot alumni generate $6M in annual economic impact and have created 165+ jobs through alumni-led organizations.

    Cohort 7 Fellows led 25 pilots engaging 168 youth to co-design community solutions to address issues like mental health, the arts, transportation, and housing access.

  • Health Access + Quality

    82% of alumni report that Moonshot helped them expand their network to support their personal goals + sustainability.

  • Neighborhood + Built Environment

    At The Station, 100% of leaders report feeling supported to sustain their work, compared to 35% of nonprofit leaders of color nationally.
